We purchased at the end of 2016 with a view to keeping her and in view of this we have spent a considerable amount of time during the first part of this year undertaking refurbishments and upgrades and it is only because of the recent opportunity to purchase the larger 376 which appears to be in good condition that we decided to make the change.

Summary of works:

Standing rigging replaced 2014
Sprayhood 2013

Year 2017 in our ownership:

New Jeckells sailtainer and lazyjacks.
Near new fully battened main/rug rollers - condition excellent.
Near new furling genoa/new uv strip - condition excellent.
New Spinlock boom strut.
Various new running rigging.
New mast deck/steaming light.
All above professionally fitted by Z Spars who also inspected the rig and found no faults.
New Garmin GXL speed and depth with combi transducer.
New Garmin wireless wind.
Both above yard fitted.
Engine Thornycroft T80 excellent condition - full service and compression test by marine engineers prior to and after launch in spring 2017 and given clean bill of health by them. New water pump and s/s exhaust elbow fitted. A spare engine and gearbox for parts can be included in the sale.
New stern mounted lifraft cradle with valise liferaft (out of date) and second bag liferaft by Seago purchased 11.4.2015.
New Jabsco twist and lock large bowl wc just fitted with new outlet pipe and vented loop.

Described by last broker last year as "This is a lovely, roomy boat and is very safe and easy to handle. With only two careful previous owners she has been extremely lightly used. She has had several updates and repairs over the last few years e.g standing rigging 2014 and she still looks and feels fresh. A recent hull survey was positive and found no indication of osmosis or any structural issues."

The boat was ashore in a cradle from the second half of 2015 until April, 2017 and has shore power, Vetus charger, Raymarine autopilot, Garmin GPS and Lowrance chart plotter (not fitted), VHF radio, Fridge, hot water, flares, lifelines, etc. 6 berths in 3 cabins including a large aft owners cabin with double bed. She is a strongly built modern looking quality centre cockpit yacht with a blend of of good accommodation, safe handling and good sailing performance.
