Fore cabin: A comfortable and spacious sleeping cabin with 2 single berths in a ‘V’ formation an infill piece to convert these berths to a double is supplied. A good-sized hanging locker is to port with a dressing table in front. Stowage also provided along the ship's sides in cave lockers and beneath the berths. The cabin is fitted out in teak with the ship's sides attractively lined with slatted teak, carpets are fitted to the floor area and an opening hatch is fitted in the deck head. Door to the forward toilet gives the cabin an en suite facility.

Forward toilet: Situated to starboard this compartment is fully fitted out with a marine W.C. with bronze inlet and outlet seacocks, washbasin and shower with hot and cold pressurized water system. The shower is complete with GRP tray, teak grating, curtain and electric overboard discharge for the waste-water. Also fitted are towel rail, tooth mug and Brush holder and toilet roll holder. Stowage space is provided in 3 lockers and the compartment is fitted out in attractive easy clean materials. A deck hatch provides both light and ventilation. Doors give access to forward cabin and forward end of the main saloon.

Saloon: Great attention has been given to providing a light, spacious, airy saloon. A 'U' shaped settee is to starboard with a single settee/berth opposite to port. The drop leaf dining table is fitted centrally around the mast support pillar and opens out to the full width of the saloon. Lockers and shelf space are provided to the ship's sides plus additional locker space behind the contoured settee backs. Below the settees are the rigid water tanks and additional storage space. A hanging locker is situated on the port side at the forward end of the saloon. Twin opening deck hatches and 4 dorades provide light and ventilation. The saloon is fitted out in teak and teak veneer with teak and holly ply flooring to the cabin sole. The settees are upholstered in blue and curtains are fitted to the windows Galley: The galley is to port, aft of the saloon and is practically sited adjacent to the main companionway. It is fully fitted out with twin stainless steel sinks (one with chopping board cover). Hot and cold pressurized water with mixer tap, a large refrigerated icebox, freezer compartment, gimbaled 2 burner stove with oven and grill complete with stainless steel crash bar. The cooker has a slide away cover to extend the already large working surface, which runs along both sides of the galley, fitted with easy clean laminate surface and adequate fiddle protection. Generous stowage is provided to the ships sides and below work surfaces for food, crockery and pans with drawers provided for cutlery. Access to owner’s suite.

Navigation area: Situated opposite the galley. The chart table is in the form of a teak desk with opening top giving access to chart stowage space. A nest of drawers is fitted below the chart table. Stowage is provided for books and bulkheads are fitted with wrap around instrument consoles to facilitate both standard and additional instrumentation. A flexible chart light is fitted alongside. Also fitted here is the electrical distribution board, complete with circuit breakers, indicator lights, battery-state indicator and battery selector switch. The chart table seat is covered in practical waterproof covering. Navigation equipment includes Garmin Sat Nav with electronic charts for whole Mediterranean area.

Starboard cabin: Twin fore and aft single berths are fitted in this area, which can be closed off to form
a separate cabin, stowage space is provided below the lower berth and a hanging locker built into the
inboard side of this area. The flooring is of teak and holly ply. Ventilation and light is provided by an opening port in the coachroof side.

Aft Cabin: Special emphasis has been placed on making the cabin as airy, spacious and comfortable as possible with centerline fore and aft double berth. A settee is fitted to starboard and a hanging locker and dresser to port, shelving is provided on the ship's sides. Light and ventilation is provided by the opening deck hatch and opening ports in the coachroof sides as well as deckhead vent. Carpets are fitted to the floor areas. An en-suite toilet and shower area is provided, complete with marine W.C., wash hand basin, separately plumbed shower with shower screen doors, towel rail, tooth mug and toothbrush holder and toilet paper holder. Plenty of stowage is provided with built in lockers. Light and ventilation is provided by an opening port in the coachroof side.

Cockpit: 'T' shaped with contoured coamings for comfort and safety. The cockpit seats and sole are sheathed in teak, equipment includes wheel steering pedestal with binnacle guard and compass, boat and engine instrumentation, engine controls, grab handles around companionway, instrument console with echo sounder, wind speed indicator and electronic speedo/log. Autohelm which currently requires attention. Sprayhood, replacement large bimini which currently requires attention and winch handle pockets fitted.

Engine: Recent new engine is a Yanmar 75hp 4 cylinder diesel engine with reduction – approx. 250 hours, gearbox. Instruments include tachometer, oil pressure and water temperature gauges, charging light andwarning buzzer. The shaft is in stainless steel with remote stern gland greaser. A 2 bladed bronze propeller and bronze 'P' bracket are fitted. The engine space is sound insulated and fitted with an automatic fire extinguisher.

Electrical: A 12 volt alternator on the engine charges 3 heavy duty 12 volt batteries, which are wired via changeover switches in the owners cabin. Navigation lights supplied are port and starboard bow light, stern, steaming and deck floodlights. Electric lighting is fitted to all accommodation areas. Cathodic protection is given from a hull-mounted sacrificial anode.

Deck Fittings: Stemhead fitting with twin bow rollers, pulpit, anodized aluminium toe rail, stanchions and sockets with twin stainless steel guard wires, pushpit, twin mast pulpits, chain plates, electrically operated anchor windlass, 4 mooring cleats and fairleads, 2 spring cleats and fairleads, 2 x 2 speed self tailing genoa sheet winches, 2 speed mainsheet winch and cleat, and additional electric winch has been added on the coachroof roof, adjustable mainsheet traveler, 2 genoa tracks and track cars with turning blocks. Control lines are led aft to cockpit for furling mainsail and furling headsail. Coachroof is fitted with handrails, various deck hatches, opening ports and dorade vents, fuel and water fillers, gas bottle locker. Special features of the deck layout are the large recessed sun bed area on the aft coachroof and the twin aft lazarettes for sail and equipment stowage. The transom is attractively recessed to provide a swimming boarding platform, with storage lockers. A hinged stainless steel swimming ladder is fitted and a fresh water shower.

Spars: Silver anodised aluminium, double spreader 'Furlin' mast and boom for in mast furling mainsail, with control lines leading aft. 2-speed halliard winch with stoppers is provided for halliards. Furling headstay and rod kicking strap are supplied.

Sails: In mast furling mainsail and roller furling genoa are supplied. There are 2 additional jib sails

Rigging: Standing rigging in I x 19 stainless steel wire, running rigging comprising sheets and wire halyards with terylene tails for genoa and mainsail. Topping lift, burgee halyard and signal halyard are supplied.

General Equipment: Compass, echo sounder, electronic speedo/log with distance run repeater, plough anchor with 15 fathoms of calibrated chain, hand operated windlass, diaphragm bilge pump, 3 dry powder fire extinguishers, automatic fire extinguishers, sprayhood, sunbed cushioning, mooring warps, fenders, 2 winch handles, tool kit, first aid kit.

Hull and Deck: Hull and deck in glass reinforced plastic, hull colour is white, deck is two tones picking out the non-slip surfaces. Style stripes and name transfers are fitted. Waterline and boot top are painted.
