Hi Dave,
I have been berthed alongside a Moody 42 for several years in my Moody 376 and often thought that it didn't seem very much longer than my boat and wonder if you have considered 376s. If you just read the spec on mine, which has kept it up to the mark over the years, I think you might be pleasantly surprised and which of course would cost significantly less than a 40-42. Just a thought.
