- Refinishing cabin sole
- Refinishing cockpit sole and seats
- Finding and repairing leaks in 2 deadlights

- Recent Yanmar service.
- Upgraded freezer and refrigerator (Cool Blue).
- Boat includes many spare parts.
- Mid-cabin has been converted to a workshop with vise. Plenty of storage under shop bench.
- The electrical panel has been replaced, and the old shore power removed.
- This is not a boat that has been sitting at a dock.
- 12 volt Electricity comes from 570 watts of solar with 3 separate controllers. 120 volt from inverter.
- Arch/dinghy davits, with manual winches and outboard swing-arm lift.
- Thruster tunnel (bow thruster removed).
- Wiring for wind generator in place.
- Aft deck has a large deck box for storage.
