You can’t simply buy a new rudder. You’ll need to find a boatyard able and willing to make one for you. If you have the remains of the old one they should be able to copy it. If you’ve lost the old one completely, you’ll probably find at least an outline drawing of it in the Technical Library. Try searching for ‘Princess Records 419’.
Alternatively if you can locate another 419 in a boatyard near you this winter, perhaps that could serve as a pattern.

Note that the drawing of the rudder is of my M41, which has a lifting keel, so my rudder has been cut about 6" shorter than most Moodys.
A couple of the files relate to smaller Moodys but some of the content may be of relevance to you.
