## A Personal Note from the Owner
As a professional sea captain and sailing instructor, I've had the pleasure of owning and sailing "Miss Moody" since November. She's been a joy to own and sail, but due to recent life changes, including a relationship ending, I find myself short on time to fully enjoy her between my sailing instruction commitments and work at sea.
I bought "Miss Moody" from a fellow enthusiast with the intention of many adventures, and I've ensured she's been well-maintained during my ownership. Now, it's time for her to find a new captain who can give her the attention and sailing time she deserves.
My background in professional sailing means I've taken meticulous care of "Miss Moody," and I'm happy to discuss her capabilities and maintenance history in detail. I'm also available to take potential buyers out for a test sail to demonstrate her excellent handling and comfort on the water.
It's with mixed emotions that I'm selling "Miss Moody," but I'm excited for her next owner to create their own memories and adventures aboard this fantastic vessel.
