Hello Moody folk,
I wondered if anyone could offer advice on what to look for with these boats. I'm aware chain plates can be an issue - these have been replaced recently. The engine is the original Thorneycroft. Are there particular inspection hatches or other viewing access that it would be useful to know?
It's a big step up for us: we've day-boated and cruised a Trapper 500 for 20 years but have long admired Moody yachts.
We are looking potentially to being summer live-aboards (down here in Cornwall) and I would appreciate thoughts on this too.
With thanks in advance.
