She is moored in Santa Cruz, Tenerife. A beautiful yacht, Ideal for PERMANENT HOLIDAYS IN THE SUN!
She was in EU waters before Brexit with a UK Flag, documentation to prove, therefore there is no VAT due.
She has had a total refit, and below is a list of some of the work carried out to put her in top condition.
All sailing lines, plus mooring line new.
Rigging lines replaced.
Both sails in good condition.
All sea hatches replaced new.
Seacocks replaced.
Bow thrusters just fitted new.
Six brand new batteries.
State of the art new sterling pro charge charging system fitted.
Thornycroft T98 engine. In excellent working order. Regular serviced.
Brand new alternator with higher output.
Replace new water impeller, Cam belt, Fan Belt, & Stern Seal.
Life raft serviced Spring 2023.
Recently anti fouled.
Hull professionally polished.
Full Bimini, with new windows & blackout screens to protect from sun.
Full air conditioning (hit & cold) serviced.
Shore power with full electrics on board.
Solar panels in good working order.
Navigation equipment all in good working order.
All gas cooker pipes and regulator replaced.

Our intentions are to upgrade to a bigger Moody and continue living the dream! We live in the UK and also have an apartment here in Tenerife, so our boat has been used for our pleasure only (never chartered) and a bit of sailing. We are normally in Tenerife every three weeks so viewing can be arranged when we are there.
