Following 11 years of ownership, Cara Mia is for sale. The yacht is berthed on the Plas Heli pontoon, Pwllheli, North Wales.
Cara Mia is a well-presented example of this popular centre cockpit cruiser with owners’ accommodation in the stern cabin, a galley, heads, saloon and guest accommodation in the peak.
The yacht has been maintained to a high standard. Re-engined in 2007 by a previous owner the Yanmar 3YM30 has been serviced annually by a qualified mechanic.
The furling genoa, slab reefed fully battened mainsail and stack pack were new in 2022 and are in excellent condition. Lines are led back to self-tailing winches in the cockpit.
Cara Mia has a bow thruster to assist manoeuvring in confined spaces and an electric winch to raise the anchor.
The yacht has the usual range of electronics and navigation equipment including an Icom VHF radio, Raytheon autohelm and a Garmin chart plotter new in 2025.
The sale includes an inflatable dinghy and a Mercury 2.5HP 2 stroke outboard.
