Hi Michael, She's a good looking 376. My next project on Midnight Mirage at Largs is to replace the windows. I hope you don't mind letting me know who supplied and fitted your windows recently. Kind regards Paul Turner (SeaSpray Yacht Charters ... www.seasprayscotland.com)

Hi Paul

I refurbished the windows myself. There is a good right up here on the MOA on how to do it for a 346, same set up.

It is a bit of a job - take the frames out / temporary sealing the void / strip the frames and reglaze with new perspex / seal the frame back in.

I bought a sheet of perspex from QD Plastics in Dumbarton, arbo 1096 to seal the perspex and arbosil butyl to seal in the frames.

I am in the process of doing my M425 and am going to include butyl tape to seal the frames back in, less messy I hope.

The best advice I can give you is keep as tidy as you can, cleaning up is the worst bit. Lots of gloves, rags and plastic scrapers handy. Also, when taking out the frames watch you don’t damage the headlining. I was replacing the headlining on my 376 at the same time which was good.

Eagle Boat Windows will reglaze the frames for you but you still need to remove & replace the frames yourself.

Good luck and let me know if you have any more questions. My number is +447747033550.

Cheers
Michael
