Belerion is based on a Moody 36 Cavalier/Halberdier deck top saloon design by Alan F Hill. And is probably unique in combining the ketch element to that of a deck top saloon. Now used more as a floating cottage although already it has been out and sailed to Scotland. Over the years she has had a new set of sails, radar and updated windlass and winches. She is powered by a very reliable Perkins 79 hp engine which has been professionally maintained. She was specifically designed for coastal cruising and is extremely capable of managing heavy seas. Over the last 17 years we have sailed her extensively around the Irish Sea. She has just had a valuation survey and based on that she has been revalued to £45000.
