Moody 46 What to look out for?

Hi everyone, My Fiancée and I are looking at buying a Moody 46 and are interested on what (if anything) in particular we should look out for with regards to this model. The heart has already bought her and is sailing off into the distance but the head just wants to be sure that we have considered all the things we need to. Thank you in advance for all your help.
